Week 12 – I did it!

happy dance

Last week I asked you, my dear reader, to be my accountability partner on rewriting my DMP and making some recordings over the weekend. And yes, I did it! Happy dance ;-). I rewrote my DMP and made some new recordings. During the week I made some additional adjustments. In totally this DMP has a different feel, not only because of the new PPN, but also because of the extra feeeeeling in it. Love it. Still have to do some adjustments on several cards , but changing those also step by step.

I also did another 50 minutes – one sentence DMP – exercise, we did at the end of the webbie last Sunday this week earlier today. Yes, the whole 50 minutes. Wohoo for me!! For the ones who aren’t in this MKMMA-journey this was an exercise where we had to say our one sentence DMP aloud for a total of 50 minutes. Wow, what a powerful exercise it was and is. I think, for me, it is one of the most powerful ones. Talking soft, then loud, singing, dancing, doing the Brain Gym, exercising and not to forget detoxing. Yep, at one point during the webbie I thought I had to go to bed because my body was giving signals of a flu coming up. But I wanted definitely complete those 50 minutes, so I kept on going. At one point during this 50 minutes I realized it was my body detoxing from old toxins which were in my body. Every cell has a “cell-memory” and now my body let go of old stuff. After the exercise I felt totally different. My body was feeling so different. Because of the positive impact of this exercise I wanted to do it once more, also because I made some adjustments in my one sentence DMP. And so I did. I can really recommend it to do this complete exercise more often. Where the first one I was a bit hesitating here and there and checking on the time frequently, now I was totally focused and going for it. So this exercise is my favorite one now. For next weekend I am planning to do another 50 minutes, but then with my own version of the beautiful affirmation, I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy. Looking forward to this one too.

With Christmas coming ahead I wish you a beautiful Christmas for yourself and your loved ones!

With love,

Enchanting Chanting Chantal

  6. Hi Chantel,
Sounds like a great week. The second 50 minute exercise must have really got deep to start a detox process. The first 50 minute exercise may have prepared you for the second pass. Let this be part of of your sits. See how you may be inspirited to see real ways to go.
