Week 14, the week of Christmas, the week of having several days of from my work and the MKMMA-movie week. As a task for the MKMMA I choose to watch the comedy Cool Runnings, based on the true story of a Jamaican sprinter, Derice, who was disqualified to the Olympic Games. He asks the help of a dishonored coach to start the first Jamaican Bobsled Team. His desire to participate on a Olympic Game was so big he got the idea to go participate on a Olympic Winter Game. Not something you would often see from a country who isn’t familiar with the cold winter sport Bobsleigh.
It was fun to see the movie with the perspective of MKMMA “subjects”. So starting with a Definite Major Purpose and a very Positive Mental Attitude from Derice this results in a cooperation with 3 other guys and a coach, his Mastermind Alliance. With the right Plan of Action the coach helps these four very different guys to go to Calgary and participate in the Olympic Winter Games. Despite all the obstacles they encounter, the disharmony at first, no sponsor who wants to support them and having several other challenges they manage to go to Calgary, qualify for the Games and in the end receiving the credits of the other teams that they did manage to participate on the Games.
So a big huray for having a Definite Major Purpose, a Positive Mental Attitude, a Plan of Action and of course a MasterMind Alliance!
Enjoy your day!
